Step
# 1: Buy your Business Kit.
Call Izzy Martinez, Toll-Free at 1-866-373-0810, for Business Kit information and prices.

#2: When you receive your kit,
Read the entire contract first. Fill out all of the data required and sign it. It is necessary that your Social Security Number is on the contract.
Also, be sure to fill out the W-9. Without it, you will not be able to receive payment of commissions and
bonuses.
Step
#3: Distributor Registration.
You may be registered as an Independent Ardyss Distributor from the day you order your kit. It takes approximately 30 days to set up your account for you to start getting paid your commissions and bonuses. You will not be paid until the Original Contract has been received in the main office. Send your completed and signed original contract to Izzy Martinez.

You can start ordering your products by calling Izzy Martinez at 713-218-7878 in Houston, or toll-free at 1-866-373-0810. The Order Desk is open Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p m. (Pacific Time) or 10:00
a.m. to 8:30 p.m. (Central Standard Time)

#5: Methods of Payment.
Your order may be paid by credit/debit card or with a money order. You may pay in cash when you in purchase in the offices of Ardyss International.
